Delivery Cost and Timescales
How quick is delivery and how much does it cost?
We will do all we can to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed during the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed during the next working day.
Standard UK Delivery: Free of Charge
Sent via the Royal Mail.
Standard International Delivery: £9.95
Orders will be sent via Courier and will take up to 5 working days to arrive from the date of despatch. Despatch will be on the same working day if placed before midday UK time or the next working day if placed after that. Next day delivery is not available for non UK orders.

Customs Charges
If your delivery is outside the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the costs would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.
Next Day UK Delivery: Cost £8.95
Orders must be placed by 12 noon to guarantee delivery on the next working day (working days are Monday - Friday).
Orders will be delivered anytime between 9:00am and 5:00pm and will require a signature upon receipt.
