" These are the greatest gloves I've ever purchased. I am an avid fisherman and I have never been able to find a pair of gloves that were completely waterproof and comfortable to wear. I cannot stand wet hands! Well the sealskinz ultra grip black glove is the answer! I can honestly say that these gloves keep my hands totally dry. I find myself using them for general use around my house as well. Taking the dogs out in the rain, tossing their wet fetch toys and just working around the house in the rain.
Absolutely outstanding product! Very happy with my purchase. Several family members have purchased a pair since seeing mine. My brother says they are fantastic when riding his motorcycle and encountering rain.

" One sport you do not show is golf. I bought the Merino sock primarily for cycling but I wear them on very wet days as a insurance in case the golf shoes don't stand up to the weather.
One very chilly morning in January i was playing with a mate, i hit my paul into a shallow stream that surrounded the green. The stream was ankle deep, so i tucked my trousers into my Sealskinz and stood bang in the stream. From there i managed to shoot (well fluked!) out of the water and onto the green, save par and not one drop of water or chill touched my feet! if only Jean Van Der Velde had a pair, the history of the Open could have been so different!
So well done on a great product that has plenty of uses, in my sporting life. "

A little test-story:
I started the day by putting my sealskinz long light socks on, then my uniform, i started out with a 3km walk with around 13 kilo´s in my backpack, then i was wet element: 10m in water that almost reached my hips, then 1km walk and through 10 meters of water reaching my knees, 1½ km walk and i setup my camp, i sat still for almost a hour, NO COLD OR WET FEET´S!!!

But I couldn’t find one no matter how hard I tried, it seemed you could either have 100% waterproof massive shell type gloves or only windproof grip gloves that would let me be able to use my gears on the bike. " If you keep horses you tend to buy lots of things that you really don't need. However every now and then you buy a little gem. These gloves and socks are quite probably the best equine purchass i've ever made.
The hunting and cross country seasons are in winter and it gets really bitter. If your out riding horses for hours you've got enough things to worry about apart from bieng warm and comfortable, however I would be absolutly lost without my SealSkinz.
If you don't already have them, go ahead and treat yourself, like me you'll be glad you did! "

" I have just bought my first pair of sealskinz ultra grip 100%water proof gloves (KJ751). I was very sceptical about them, absolutely convinced that there was no way they could possibly be 100% waterproof!! I work with horses, my hands are always in water, washing buckets, carrying soaking wet hay nets and riding in all weather. I was sick of getting wet gloves and then cold wet hands. " Im no adventure racer or marathon person, just an outdoor enthusiast that does a lot of Kayaking, survival camping and backpacking. These gloves are great for all, They are very nimble and light weight, I can even light a lighter and smoke a cigarette with them on. They are strong enough to push of the gravel or rocks I drag on during kayaking in low river levels with out worrying about tearing them or puncturing. They keep my hands warm and safe, they are the best glove out there in my opinion compared to brands like NRS. A must have for any outdoorsmen/woman. "

" On Sunday, I took my horse to the beach, a regular ride. My own dog ran up behind her, spooked her, and eventually I fell off. I managed to hold on to Caraid, my horse, for what seemed like an age, but could not stop her from rearing above me as I had such a tight hold, I think I was pulling her head up because of the angle I was at - and my dog was running around her. When she got away from me, my wretched dog chased her off the beach and she was caught about half a mile away, just at the main road.
You will understand how lucky we both were, and how frightened of the possibilities. Some complete strangers came to our rescue and help - how grateful am I! When I looked at my hands, my poor glove (I love my SealSkinz) was ruined - but it saved my hand, and I am sure that I was able to hang on to Caraid far longer, giving me a better chance at least. This is not a complaint - although I would not have expected my glove to tear I know that it is made of lovely soft leather.
I will buy another pair in due course, but I wanted you to see these - just think what my hand would be like if I hadn't been wearing them. Thank you!

" Can I say a very big THANK YOU regarding my SealSkinz socks. My partner and I have just completed the Southern Upland Way, (Scotlands coast to coast, 212 miles in June 2008.) We had a problem with my patners boots and needed to revert to using sandles and wearing SealSkinz socks. She finished the walk having walked a total of 176 miles with them on and not once did she have wet feet. Without your SealSkinz socks we would have had to abort the walk and come home early. So, thank you very very much for your socks. We are in the process of buying new boots minus the gortex layer inside them (who needs them when we have SealSkinz socks.) A cycle shop salesman convinced me to buy a pair while on a recent biking holiday in The Lakes - I was a bit dubious about the price but the shop said if I wasn't happy, I could have a refund. " The one thing i do like about your close fitting breathable caps are the great comfort and lack of irritation whilst wearing it.
Many similar products made out of fleece or other sweat wicking materials become irritating to wear when you are pushing out the heat.
You almost forget you are wearing this cap of yours and the contoured fit absolutely superb.
Depending on the season this cap will suffice for some serious weather,and is simply superb for Fellrunning in torrential persistent rain.
It keeps your head warm but not so that you overheat.
Its windproof properties when saturated are akin to Pertex.It will keep your body temperature just right.
With so many similar products by the many large competitors i am really glad i bought your cap as the fit and comfort are superb.
For my chosen sport Fellrunning its a must have accessory.
I have even bought one for my friend who drives hs Morgan Plus 8 in the deapths of Winter with the roof down.
As you can imagine its the perfect accessory for open top motoring.

I wore my SEALSKINZwhile Hiking around in the Southeast portion of Alaska on a search and rescue mission. A Plane with Five individuals had disappeared. We hiked the shoreline and had to cross several swollen creeks during the 2 week search. My Sealskins kept my feet Absolutely dry even after fording waist high waters. I will never again go out into the wilds without my Sealskins. "

" The primary use for my sealskinz socks is for Ablution. Ablution??? Yes Ablution. As an adherent of the Islamic faith we are required to wash our face, hands and feet five times a day, now there is a concession this ruling in respect of feet, since we allowed to wash the feet once (e.g in the morning) and thereafter slip on a pair of leather socks as they are durable and water proof. However sealskinz fulfills that requirements and thus I can do away with the leather socks (as they are not very comfortable in shoes). Good product and many Muslims are purchasing them for this reason among others. only thing which can be improved on from my perspective is the fabric of the outer sock, since (due to excessive on carpet walking ) it seem to attract alot of lint or bobbles. overall great .cheers "

I tried to buy another pair of boots without success but the Tisso store manager offered Trekking Socks as an emergency measure. They proved to be excellent value. " I broke my ankle and, while I had a 'walking shoe' as well as a cast, was told that I couldn't get it wet. I asked what I should do then if it rained - 'stay inside' was the answer. I came across SealSkinz socks and bought an XL pair which fit over my cast. These have enabled me to go out and about in all weather - if it's not wet I just take one with me to ensure my cast is protected if the weather turns. All in all completely indispensible. You should market SealSkinz for this application! "
