The kit kept our fingers and toes dry and warm in some very wet and slushy conditions. Our boots were often soaked, but our feet remained dry, essential for our future well being when we hit Antarctica where dry feet and hands will make the difference between serious injury or not.

Our Returns Policy
Products made using SealSkinz® patented technology are tested for waterproofness during manufacture. For this reason, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, we ask that all 'faulty' products purchased from SealSkinz.com should be returned to us for testing prior to giving a refund/replacement. Products purchased from a retailer should be returned to the place of purchase.
All goods found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 7 working days of delivery of the products ordered. (‘working’ days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Orders for certain products may not be cancelled - these include:
(a) products that have been clearly personalised;
(b) products that are perishable; and
(c) products if they have been worn or used in any way.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us (at your expense) in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
SealSkinz are happy to offer a refund or exchange until the 27/01/12 on any product purchased between the 01/11/11 to 24/12/11, provided it is returned in perfect condition (unwashed and unworn) together with valid paperwork.
