Stretchdry Lifetime Guarantee

All products featuring Sealskinz patented StretchDry technology means we will provide a replacement pair of Socks or Ultragrip gloves covered by our Lifetime Guarantee, provided the product has failed due to a manufacturing default, has not suffered undue wear and tear and that you provide us with proof of purchase. If the product was purchased from Sealskinz.com the product should be returned to us, if purchased from a retailer then they should be your first point of call, at which time it will go through our test procedure and if there is a material defect found, then they will be eligible for replacement.

Replacement will be with the product which closest matches the returned item. Fair wear and tear where the product shows signs of excessive use or from not following our care instructions will unfortunately not be covered by this guarantee. ** Please note that any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/fresh and dry washed condition before they can be processed

12 month Waterproof Guarantee for all non-Stretchdry waterproof products

All products marked as waterproof come with a 12month guarantee (two years if registered online when purchased). In the unlikely event there is a problem, we ask that all products purchased from Sealskinz.com should be returned to us for testing prior to giving a refund/replacement. Manufacturing Default Guarantee

All Sealskinz products are guaranteed against manufacturing default for 12months from the date of purchase. This is in addition to the waterproof guarantee and runs concurrently. Any product which you believe to have failed through a manufacturing fault must be returned either directly to Sealskinz if purchased on sealskinz.com or if purchased from a retailer then returned to the retailer with proof of purchase ** Please note that any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/fresh and dry washed condition before they can be processed
