SEALSKINZ “HINDE STREET RUN CLUB” WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering to participate in Hinde Street Run Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following waiver.

1. Voluntary Participation

I am voluntarily participating in a group run organized by Sealskinz. I understand that running and physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, trips, falls, collisions, weather conditions, dehydration, and the possibility of serious injury or death.

2. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown to me at this time, including those arising from the actions or negligence of others.

3. Health and Fitness Certification

I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any concerns about my health or fitness before participating.

4. Release and Waiver

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sealskinz, its organisers, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and associated persons from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, illness, or damages I may sustain while participating in the run or related activities.

5. Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury or medical issue during the run, I authorise Sealskinz to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

6. Media Release

I grant permission to Sealskinz to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the run for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites, without compensation or approval.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to respect fellow participants, follow all instructions from run leaders, and comply with traffic and pedestrian laws during the run. I understand that disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in my removal from the run club.

By joining the run club, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability.
