How do I make a FREE UK exchange?

When processing an exchange please note we require all goods to be returned in unworn condition, with their original packaging and any tags attached. 

We will not accept used returns, as well as goods missing their original packaging and tags*.

*Excludes faulty goods.

Please send all returns and exchanges using a trackable service and we will notify you within 30 days of you sending your item that we are processing a refund or exchange.

** Please note that Sealskinz will not pay for or refund the cost of delivery for any returns.

** Please note that any used 'faulty' goods must be returned to us in a clean/freshly and dry condition before they can be processed.

  • Products purchased from a retail store should be returned to the place of purchase.
  • You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 30 working days of delivery of the products ordered - working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Orders for certain products may not be cancelled. These include: (a) products that have been clearly personalised; (b) products that are perishable; and (c) products if they have been worn or used in any way. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
