Our Returns Policy
Products made using SealSkinz® patented technology are tested for waterproofness during manufacture. For this reason, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, we ask that all 'faulty' products purchased from SealSkinz.com should be returned to us for testing prior to giving a refund/replacement.
Products purchased from a retailer should be returned to the place of purchase.
All goods found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.

To make an ecommerce return please download and print this form and include it in your return so we can process an exchange or a refund.
Please send all returns to the below address in the document using a traceable service.
Please allow 30 days from sending your item, you will be notified when the refund has been processed.
** Please note that Sealskinz will not pay for or refund the cost of delivery for any returns.

Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 14 working days of delivery of the products ordered - ‘working’ days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please note you cannot cancel and order where products have been worn or used in any way.
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us (at your expense) in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
